How the VIP Membership works:

Monthly fee of $99 (call to set up; not available online) on auto-pay system; or pay in full for the year for $960 ($228 savings).
Valid credit card and photo ID will be kept on file and $99 will be auto-billed each 1st of each month or the 1st business day thereafter.
12-month membership agreement with one guaranteed service a month.
Monthly fee cannot be paid with gift cards/certificates or coupons; credit/debit cards only.
24 hour appointment cancellation required or service will be considered void for that month.
Services do not roll over if not used.
Services are available to VIP member only; may not gift them to anyone else.
30 day written cancellation policy.
